- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.
Processing time does not include transit/shipping time.

We cooperate with international logistics partners to deliver orders worldwide.

3. Shipping Fees

4. Tracking Your Order

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to start updating after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number.

If your country/region does not appear at checkout, we may not currently deliver there.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
As a cross‑border e‑commerce seller, many orders are shipped internationally.
- Your shipment may be subject to import duties, VAT, and/or customs fees charged by your local customs authority.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are generally not refundable by MODA PORTER, even if you return the items.
- You are responsible for paying any such charges according to your local laws and regulations.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double‑check that your name, address, and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient not available or not collected in time
- Refusal to pay customs duties/taxes (if applicable)
the parcel may be:
- Returned to us, or
- Destroyed/abandoned by the carrier or customs (depending on local rules).
If the parcel is returned to us, we can:
- Reship it to the correct address (additional shipping fee may apply), or
- Refund the product amount minus actual shipping and handling costs, where allowed.
If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed and cannot be returned, we may not be able to issue a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections or holds
- Natural disasters, severe weather
- War, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events
- Failures or delays by carriers or local postal services
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist you in checking the status with the carrier as far as possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
9.1 Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check with family members, neighbors, building reception, or security.
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Contact your local post office or courier with the tracking number.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us. We will help you investigate with the carrier, but final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation result and local conditions.
9.2 Parcel Arrives Damaged
If the outer box is obviously damaged or the contents appear affected:
- Keep the original packaging (box, bag, label).
- Take clear photos of:
- The damaged packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and provide a solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to change the address, items, or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will try to make the change or cancellation. -
After shipment:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
You may wait to receive the parcel and then proceed according to our Return & Refund Policy (where applicable).
