2. Are your product photos real?
Yes. All product images are based on real items. We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight color differences may occur due to lighting and different screen settings.
3. What materials do you use?
Materials vary by style and may include:

- Plated gold / rose gold / silver tones
- Artificial stones, crystals, pearls, shells, etc.

4. How do I choose the right size?
We provide size information (such as chain length, ring inner diameter, etc.) on each product page.

5. How do I place an order?
- Select your favorite item(s) and add to cart
- Go to checkout and fill in your shipping information
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment
- You will receive an order confirmation email after the order is placed successfully

7. How long does shipping take?

10. What is your return & exchange policy?
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You receive the wrong item (style, color, or size)
- There is a serious quality issue
- The item is obviously damaged during transit
- Items must be unused and kept in original condition as much as possible.

11. How do I apply for a return or exchange?

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos
- After we confirm, we will send you the return address and instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange your refund or replacement according to the agreement
12. Which cases are not covered for return/exchange?

- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or personal handling
- Normal wear, minor scratches, or oxidation after use
- No‑quality‑issue cases such as “don’t like it” or “not as expected” (unless otherwise stated in our policy)

To extend the life of your jewelry:

- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth if there are fingerprints or slight tarnish
