Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Modaporter, operated by HK XIANWEI E-BUSINESS LIMITED.


1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return, exchange or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item (style, color or size), or
  • The item has a serious quality issue (e.g. broken, clasp not working, stones fallen off), or
  • The item was obviously damaged during transit.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days from the date you receive the package.
  • Items should be unused, in as‑received condition, and (where possible) with original packaging, tags or accessories.

We reserve the right to reasonably refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Situations

We generally cannot accept returns or refunds if:

  • The item is damaged due to improper use, storage or personal handling.
  • There is normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or natural oxidation after use.
  • You simply do not like the item or it does not meet your personal expectations, without any quality issue (unless otherwise specified in a promotion or special policy).
  • You contact us after the 7‑day period from receiving the order.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may also be non‑returnable; if applicable, this will be indicated on the product page.


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos/videos showing the problem (product and package)
  3. Our team will review your case and, if approved, send you:
    • The return address
    • Specific instructions on how to return the item

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unregistered returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our responsibility (wrong item, quality issue, obvious shipping damage), we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or provide another solution (e.g. partial refund without return), depending on the case.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (where accepted by us), you may need to bear the return shipping cost.

Details will be confirmed with you by email before you ship the item back.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable time and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if any) are usually non‑refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be handled as a regular return (if applicable), and related shipping costs may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • damaged item, or
  • An order with missing items,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of:

  • The outer package (including shipping label)
  • The inside packaging
  • The product(s) received

We will investigate and offer a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solution according to the situation.
