Typical delivery time (after dispatch):

  • Remote areas or special regions may take longer.

Actual delivery time may be affected by:

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight/volume of the package, and the shipping method selected.

4. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address, name and phone number are correct and complete.

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the parcel may be returned or discarded by the carrier.
  • In such cases, we will try to assist, but any additional shipping fees or losses may need to be borne by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update it.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
  • We will help you contact the logistics provider and investigate.
  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

    • The inner packaging
    • The damaged product(s)
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review and offer an appropriate solution (replacement, partial refund, or other) based on the damage and evidence provided.
